General Provisions
All information, pictures and/or texts published on the internet address www.brainvest.sk shall be considered the websites of www.brainvest.sk (hereinafter referred to as “websites”.
The company BRAINVEST, s.r.o. with registered office Zámocká 30, 811 01 Bratislava, Comp. ID No.: 35 892 471, registered in the Commercial Register of the District Court Bratislava I. Insert No. 32372/B is an operator of internet sites www.brainvest.sk. (hereinafter referred to as “Operator“). The Operator determines the GCU of the websites and it is entitled to change them unilaterally anytime. The change of the GCU of websites is effective by publication of the changed GCU of websites.
The General Conditions of Use of websites (hereinafter referred to as “GCU of Websites“) are effective from the date of their publishing.
Every visitor of websites undertakes to act in compliance with these GCU of Websites including their eventual changes and supplements. The use of special services is except for those GCU of websites governed also by the General Business Conditions of BRAINVEST, s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as “GCU“)

The third persons are not entitled to use, interpret and/or publish the information from the websites of the Operator without the previous consent.
In case of use of any information and/or its part in any presentable format (text, picture, table etc.) from the websites, every third person is obliged to state the website www.brainvest.sk as a source of information.
The Operator is the owner of BRAINVEST trademarks and BRAINVEST logo.
Technical provisions
No third person is in any case entitled to interfere in websites, to change them and/or to remove and change any their parts. In case of breach of this provision the Operator is entitled to compensation of the incurred damage. The third persons are not entitled to release several concurrent requests for access on the internet site what could lead to its failure (flooding). In case of breach of this provision, the Operator is entitled to the compensation of the incurred damage.

The websites serve exclusively for information and advertising purposes on products and services of the Operator. All information stated there is of just informative and non-binding nature and it does not constitute any offer or proposal for contract conclusion.
All products and services stated on the website are provided by the Operator and/or mediated by it within the extent and according their relevant entitlements for performance of entrepreneurial activity and relevant licences for their provision.
