Assessment of the company as a set of tangible and intangible components of business is implemented due to several reasons:

• Change of a legal form (merger, fusion, company division)
• Company purchase and sale
• Insertion of the company into a newly-established company
• Determination of the company solvency

Several the most fundamental methods of the company assessment:

• Asset valuation
• Valuation of past revenues,
• Valuation of possible future revenues,
• Comparative methods (comparable companies and comparable transactions),
• Method of discounted cash flow (DCF)

In order to achieve maximum accurate results, it is a standard of our work to use combinations of several manners of the company assessment while some applied methods have not been presented here.
